Breadlify is the commercial name of the company EI Thibault Ricci, registered in France.
By creating an account and/or purchasing any product from Breadlify, including the sourdough companion App (“App”), video course, and/or book, you agree to be bound by the following Terms and Conditions.
1. Scope and Acceptance
These Terms govern the use of the App and all related services and digital content provided by Breadlify, including individual products and bundles.
By accessing or using the App or purchasing any Breadlify product, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and accepted these Terms.
The App and related services are governed by French law.

3. Accounts
To use the App or access digital content, you must create a personal account with a valid email address.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login details and all activities under your account.
You may request deletion of your account at any time by contacting us at [insert contact email].
4. Purchases and Payments
App Access
The App is available via a one-off lifetime fee, which provides permanent access to all paid features.
Individual Products
All products (App, video course, digital or physical book) can also be purchased individually or as a Bundle.

VAT or other taxes are added where applicable based on your location
Payment
Payments are processed securely via Stripe. Breadlify does not store or process full payment card details.
Digital products (App, video course, digital book) are delivered immediately, and you waive your 14-day withdrawal right under French law.
Physical books remain subject to the statutory 14-day withdrawal period.
5. Updates to the App and Digital Content
Breadlify may provide updates to ensure the App and digital content remain functional, secure, and compliant with regulations.
You will be informed when updates are necessary. Breadlify shall not be liable for malfunctions resulting from your failure to install updates.
6. Content and Intellectual Property
All content within the App and digital products—including calculators, planners, guides, videos, illustrations, and software code—is the exclusive property of Breadlify and cannot be reused, copied, or distributed without prior written consent.
Paid members may post content (e.g., baking results, photos, notes) in the App or Challenge sections. By doing so, you grant Breadlify a non-exclusive, worldwide licence to host and display such content within the App or related services. You remain the owner of your uploaded content.
7. Acceptable Use and Termination
You agree not to misuse the App or digital content, including but not limited to:

Posting illegal content

Abusive behaviour

Attempting to disrupt services
Breadlify reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account or access to products at any time in cases of abuse, violation of these Terms, or where required by law.
We may cooperate with public authorities and provide user information if illegal content is uploaded.
8. Liability and Disclaimers
The App and digital content are intended for educational and hobby purposes only and do not provide medical, nutritional, or professional advice.
Breadlify is not responsible for:

Incorrect baking outcomes, starter management, or failed recipes

Data loss, interruptions, downtime, or technical issues

Any indirect or consequential damages arising from the use of the App or products
All Products are provided “as is”, without any warranties.
9. Privacy
Your privacy is important. We collect and process personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy, available on our website and within the App.
10. Modifications
Breadlify reserves the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. You will be notified of significant changes within the App, via email, or on the website. Continued use constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
11. Severability
If any provision of these Terms is found invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue in full force.
12. Governing Law and Disputes
These Terms are governed by French law. Parties agree to seek an amicable resolution before submitting disputes to the competent French courts.
